Progression of hand milking a dairy goat. Junie is our Lamancha/Alpine dairy cross and this is her FF which means first freshening.

I'm sad to post that our S'more, along with her babies died in a barn fire yesterday early morning. Pray for us because she wasn't just an animal to us but a family member who was very loved! We won't be changing our name but continue offering our goat milk products in her memory. She would have been 8 years old on February 20th.
