Here's the bonus...
👉 Put on music
Music helps tune out outside noise, and gives your brain something else to focus on.
This also makes it less likely that you'll just have your list of things running through you head.
Listen to one long song or 2 short to regular length ones.
👉 Don't forget to breathe - deep breaths.
Thats it!
