Happy kickoff to summer!! It's been wild here with my parents visiting, nephew graduating from high school, other nephew returning from a semester abroad, middle school graduation, 10th grade finals, and SO many celebrations! 🎉🎉

Adding this to my list of recommended books on parenthood. It's full of beautiful personal stories that normalize the sometimes-harrowing journey towards and around parenthood that no one talks about.

April was such a full month that I didn't get a chance to share about the Work That Reconnects + forest bathing event I co-led! It was such a beautiful day of wandering in the forest, listening to the trees, and reconnecting with our hope for the future.

Hope isn't passive wishing for things to get better. It's an intentional acti of engaging with what's real, envisioning what you want, and then holding onto that when things feel hard. And it's SO MUCH BETTER together. 🥰
