I am so beyond grateful 🙏🏼 for the opportunity to reconnect people with their birthright, herbalism 🌿. Over the weekend I hosted an intimate herbal workshop where I introduced people to plants 🪴 and made remedies together. We focused on natural ways to support our extremely intelligent bodies, we laughed, we tasted, we crafted, and we built a small village to support one another. It was truly magical 🪄and I couldn’t be more grateful for each and every person who shared the space with me.

Native to North America and a great pollinator plant, yarrow has showy flower heads composed of tiny packed flowers. She is easy to grow and independent, with a unique fragrance. Though yarrow comes in various colors like yellow, red or pink, white yarrow is the only one that is medicinal.

Known as “wound wort” to stop bleeding or speed healing. It improves circulation and blood flow and also has some anti microbial properties. If ever in a pinch, a fresh poultice can stop bleeding almost immediately. Yarrow also works as an all natural insect repellent.

We’ve included Yarrow infused witch hazel as the base of our bug spray. It also contains essential oil blends of citronella eucalyptus, lemongrass, rosemary, geranium, and Cedarwood to add extra protection from any and all bugs.
