INTRODUCING THE STAFF AT THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Theresa Gallarno (Ressa) is an on-going student of both the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) and the Upledger Institute of CranioSacral Therapy (CST). For a small added fee, techniques include cupping and hot stones can be requested. She individualizes each session to meet the needs of the client. and can work on clients clothed and unclothed, in a massage chair or on the massage table. She loves expanding and learning healthy living practices as well as being involved in the healing process of self and others.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST) is a light touch approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction, improve whole health and performance. Because it is so gentle and non-invasive, CST has been proven effective for all ages and populations.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (MFR) The state of fascia is of utmost importance as it directly influences our overall health and well-being. Dense,tough and pervasive connective tissue known as fascia supports, protect and connects the muscles and organs. Restrictions may be a result of injury trauma, repetitive movements and body holding. Release of restrictions result in better movement and coordination as well as relief of numerous health issues.
