This agency destroyed Yor Hair inc..
And boasts of it today from 2005 to now 2024
PLEASE TO GOD HELP ME!

LARA has a law stating the state has no legal liability for destroying small businesses in a regulatory meat grinder.
My Business Model is a Success
LARA/MESC are Super Predators
Please HELP!

I did a couple haircuts the other day.
Once again, if not for the malicious acts of LARA/MESC
Yor Hair inc would not have closed. And myself Brian Ricketts, President of the Yor Hair would be serving the consumer/citizens of the great State of Michigan.

Yor Hair inc.
7 days a week full service employee based family salons.

The medical ma*****na community gave enough income to survive.
LARA/MMMP was used to erase that medical ma*****na community.
Now I get to start over from scratch, no money, no community.
But all the skillsets to run,

Yor Hair inc. The 7 day a week full service employee based family salon
Or medical ma*****na production, processing, transportation and payments collection.
Yes I will entertain cash offers for my skillsets, experience and knowledge.

Does your community wish to have a 7 day a week full service employee based family salon?

I went to an attorney today.
As I have known.
I was focused on U and Yor Hair inc.,
A state agency MICHIGAN EMPLOYMENT SECURITY'S COMMISSION used its knowledge of the law to disrupt those transaction.
In a malicious and criminal attack.
Now the State will not address the super predator's at MESC

The state has no legal liability,
Unless I can prove malfeasance.
That means I need alot of money and a politically well connected law firm, I was given 4 firms to approach.

I am a small successful business person
The public high school education with the $900 county paid for cosmetology license was parlayed into a $500k a year support service small business for my community.

Knowing that small businesses in Michigan can be ground down or buzz sawed by a malicious state agency is a real problem

If I knew then that LARA/MESC would be a super predator, I would never have returned to Michigan.
My efforts to raise the standards of living for my community my family and myself have been destroyed.

By these methods and more.
A 13% payroll penalty on any and all payroll,
Imaginary leins of 26k on my personal credit
Just malicious act upon malicious act by
LARA/MESC AND now LARA/MMMP.
14 years of having LARA/MESC have its fingers in my work hole and the only civil courts to address the issue.
What LARA/MESC did to my small business Yor Hair inc. Was criminal and a focused predatory

Please HELP!
Stop LARA/MESC and LARA/MMMP.
Fix Yor Hair inc.
Correct my record as an employer
Make myself financially whole and advertise to the public that MESC was used to hurt Yor Hair inc. And many other small Michigan businesses.

Sunday night day before haircuts?
Latest best yet.
Kids are wonderful.

LARA/MMMP mission is accomplished, (the medical ma*****na program Michigan citizens desired has been removed for recreational ma*****na profits)
So,
I love people and working with them.
But it's just me,
So,
Any front line workers and their families are welcome, please be non to***co families.
