First time cupper over here 🙋🏽‍♂️
Looks more gnarly than it feels, but over all I enjoyed the therapy.

Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule.
It all takes it toll, so being proactive is critical.

We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it.

I hope this message finds you & all your Ohana, Happy & in the best of health.
Due to the uncertainty of covid 19, the past couple of months has been some of the most difficult and trying times I'm sure we all experienced. (My thoughts and prayers do go out to all the families who lost loved ones and who has been affected by the coronavirus.)
Today as the situation here in Hawaii has somewhat stabilized, communication seem to be the key to moving forward to our new normal.
Governor Ige's 'Act with care order' allows me to go back to work on Monday June 1, 2020. As I work towards re-opening I want you all to know and be assured I am carefully considering the safest way to do so.
I will be following all State, CDC, & the World Health Organization (WHO) Guidelines & following their Best practice recommendations.
I just wanna Thank You in advance for your patience & understanding, We are all in this together, So let us continue to work together towards being HAPPY & HEALTHY!!
