This October, we’re gathering at Wild Vanilla Farm for another Escape. A day to slow down, reconnect, listen inward, and make space for whatever is ready to unfold.
Through reflection, movement, breath, nature, nourishment, and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore what it means to trust ourselves enough to follow the quiet compass within.
Not a day to become someone new.
A day to come back to yourself.

Maybe it just needs us to be here for it.
To take the long way.
To linger a little longer.
To eat without a screen in front of us.
To call instead of text.
To let ourselves be helped.
To move because it feels good.
To make plans we’re genuinely excited about.
To say no without explaining ourselves into exhaustion.
To rest before we have nothing left to give.
More play.
Less rushing.
More noticing.
And a little more practice at being exactly where our feet are.

It continues to grow into different spaces, different experiences and different ways of connecting but the intention underneath it all remains the same.
To create space for care.
For connection.
For presence.
