Shoulder blade pain from Office Syndrome is usually caused by keeping your neck, shoulders, and upper back muscles tense for long periods, especially when sitting at a desk. This constant tension can reduce blood circulation and lead to tight knots in the muscles, also known as trigger point or muscle adhesions.

My past experiences have taught me many things. My growth continues gradually, driven by my abilities, experience, and mindset. With this commitment I will remain dedicated to this profession until retire. 🤍
