What I've been preaching for years...truth

Skin cancer barely existed 60 years ago. Our ancestors were outside all the time. So what changed? Two things happened at the same time: we started living under artificial light all day and filling our bodies with seed oils. Artificial light disrupts your circadian rhythm and melatonin production, both of which regulate immune surveillance in your skin. Seed oils flood your cells with linoleic acid, making your skin fragile and far more reactive to UV. So the sun did not change. You did. Or more precisely, your environment did. Hi everyone,

I wanted to share something personal with you all. I’ll be relocating to Hilton Head starting May 24th. This decision hasn’t come lightly—it’s truly bittersweet. Since the loss of my son, it’s been an emotional journey, and I feel this is the best step forward for both myself and my family.

I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. Your support, loyalty, and friendships have meant more to me than I can fully put into words. You have all been such an important part of my life, and you will truly be missed.

With that said, I’d love to make sure I can see as many of you as possible before I leave. Please reach out and schedule your appointments sooner rather than waiting until the last week, as availability will become very limited. My last scheduling day will be May 20th. Many of you are consistent re-bookers so I already have some appts on my books.

I do plan to come back to visit and work, ideally every 6–8 weeks. If I can fill a full schedule for 4–5 days, I’ll absolutely make those trips happen. My goal is to return at least twice, spaced about 6–8 weeks apart, so we can stay connected. 

As I transition, I will be working as a W-2 employee, which means my flexibility for returning trips may be more limited. However, I do already have 2 returns return visits approved, and I'm looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible during those times.

Thank you again for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to be part of your lives. This isn’t goodbye—it’s just a new chapter.
