My workout routine and content-creating mojo have been totally MIA lately!😭 I’ve been in a bit of a slump, not gonna lie. BUT...I’m ready to shake it off and get back in the groove. Amazon Lives are coming back next week after my little month-long break, so that’ll definitely kickstart the content side again! For the workout side, I haven't figured that part out yet😅 Hoping it just comes back🙏
