For this treatment we used Xeomin, Radiesse and Belotero to address different areas of the face.

At the 2 week follow up, the initial swelling has resolved and you can see a more refreshed appearance while still keeping a very natural result.

With Radiesse, this is not the final result. In addition to the immediate correction, it stimulates collagen production, so we can expect continued improvement in the skin and treated areas over the next few months.

Let’s talk about filler migration 🩷

Filler migration can happen, and it doesn’t automatically mean someone did a “bad job.”

The lips are a highly mobile and anatomically complex area. How filler behaves over time can be influenced by multiple factors, including individual anatomy, product placement, injection technique, volume, previous treatments, and the constant movement of the lips.

Sometimes, the best treatment isn’t adding more filler. It’s recognizing when the existing product is no longer creating the shape or definition we want, dissolving when appropriate, and starting over again.

In this case, we dissolved the previous filler and later refilled the lips to restore cleaner borders, shape and balance.

A good result isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes it’s knowing when to reset ✨
