Hello everyone! ❤️
My name is Jandri Argel, and I am the owner of By Jan Areiza Esthetic PMU, a small business in Hinesville, Georgia, that I have built with so much hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and love.
Today, I want to share a few words with you, not just as a business owner, but as a woman, a mother, and a human being.
These past few weeks have been difficult, both personally and professionally. Although I always try to give my best, I also have worries, responsibilities, and moments when I feel emotionally exhausted.
First, I want to sincerely thank every client who supports us, trusts our work, and recommends our services. Because of you, we have been able to grow and turn a personal dream into something much bigger.
One of the things that makes me incredibly proud is that our studio also provides job opportunities for military spouses and a single mother who is the head of her household and works hard every day to provide for her children.

Hoy quiero compartirles algo como mujer, madre y emprendedora.
Estas últimas semanas han sido difíciles, tanto personal como profesionalmente. Aunque normalmente me ven sonriendo, trabajando y compartiendo nuestros logros, detrás de todo eso también existen preocupaciones, responsabilidades y momentos de agotamiento.
Primero, quiero agradecer de corazón a cada cliente que nos apoya, regresa y recomienda nuestro trabajo. Gracias a ustedes, un sueño que comenzó siendo personal hoy se ha convertido en algo mucho más grande. ❤️
Una de las cosas que más orgullo me produce es que nuestro estudio brinda oportunidades de trabajo a esposas de militares y a una madre soltera, cabeza de familia, que trabaja cada día para sacar adelante a sus hijos.

He aprendido que la adversidad, aunque duela, muchas veces termina siendo una de las cosas que más transforma a una persona.
Y sí… cuando estoy pasando por algo realmente difícil, lloro. Me quiebro. Le pregunto a Dios: “¿Por qué a mí? ¿Por qué ahora?”
Pero después, en medio de todo ese caos, hay una parte de mí que piensa diferente.
Pienso:
“Dios… ¿en qué mujer me voy a convertir después de sobrevivir a esto?”
Porque cada vez que la vida me ha puesto de rodillas, también me ha obligado a descubrir una fuerza que no sabía que tenía.
Cada dolor me ha enseñado algo.
Cada pérdida me ha cambiado.
Cada momento difícil ha arrancado de mí una versión que ya no podía seguir existiendo.
Y quizá en el momento no entiendo el propósito.
Quizá solo veo el dolor.
Pero algo dentro de mí sabe que esto también está construyendo a la mujer que un día voy a mirar con orgullo y decir:
“Ahora entiendo por qué tuve que pasar por todo eso.”
Así que sí, lloro.
Me duele.
Le reclamo a Dios.
Pero también me levanto.
Porque si esto vino a transformarme…
Oh yes.
Voy con todo. 🔥
