Happy New year to everyone! All of us here at Salon Nouveau would like to extend of gratitude to all of you who we hold so dear. Thank you for your loyalty and kindness throughout the year. We will be closing from December 26th to January 3rd. Stay healthy, stay safe and cheers to a new year, 2022.

All of us here at Salon Nouveau wish all our beloved clients a happy and healthy holiday. We have made a decision to make masks mandatory in our space. This is to protect both clients and staff. We need to keep our doors open, so by staying healthy we can continue to do that. Thank you all for your cooperation

Good Morning, everyone!
First off, I would like to thank our Salon Nouveau clients for their amazing support of our salon during this challenging time. Your purchases of gift cards and products has made a huge difference in our ability to stay afloat while closed and you have our deepest gratitude. Welcome back!
As promised, we are letting everyone know what our new, Covid 19 policies are. Your safety and that of our stylists are of the utmost importance to us.
Please be understanding as we navigate this “new normal” and keep everyone safe and healthy.
1) All services will be provided by appointment only. No walks ins will be allowed. Even if you would like to just buy a gift certificate or products, kindly call us in advance and we will set up a time for you to come in.
2) If for any reason, you are feeling ill, or if you are aware that you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 within the past 14 days, please call us and we will happily reschedule your appointment.
3) In order to maintain safe social distancing, we will be limiting the number of people inside the salon, and only every other chair will be utilized at any time.
4) There will be no waiting area. In addition, we are unable to offer you coffee or water, so make sure you stop on your way for your coffee. Also, If you like to read while getting your hair done, make sure you bring your own books/magazines as we are not allowed to have those in the salon.
5) When you arrive at the salon at your scheduled appointment time, call us. If we are ready for you, we will have you come to the door and be let in. If, for any reason, we are running behind, we kindly ask that you wait in your car until we are ready for you.
6) Please do not bring anyone else to your appointment with you, such as your children. If you are unable to find childcare to come to your appointment, we will have to reschedule.
7) It is extremely important that you do show up on time for your appointments, due to the limited number of people allowed in the salon at a time. We cannot stress this enough. If you show up late, then every client after you, including those of the other stylists, may have to also wait, in order to limit the number of people inside the salon. We are working very hard to stagger appointments but this only works if folks show up on time. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you show up more than 15 minutes late, so that everyone who does show up on time can be taken care of.
😎 When you come into the salon for your appointment, you will be directed to the restroom area to wash your hands.
9) Our stylists will be wearing masks and encourage you to wear your mask until the stylist is at an area where they cannot cut or color around your mask ear loops. Let’s keep everyone in the salon safe and healthy!
10) We will have barriers available to put between stations if you would be more comfortable with one. However, as mentioned above, there will always be an empty station between you and any other clients.
11) The cleaning policy will be posted at each station for your review. We will be following the CDC guidelines for cleaning in between clients as well as hygiene and safety protocols for all stylists. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!

Good News clients, We are allowed to open the salon on Tuesday May 26th. There are many rules to follow and I am putting together all of the regulations that we all need to follow. Look for that in the next few days.
We all can't wait to see you and take care of all of your beauty needs.
