IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!
We have come to the end of an era! All good things must come to an end and After 20 years in Business, First Class Hair Salon will be closing its doors on January 31, 2024. It was not our intention to close at this time. However, our shopping center Cotton Field Plaza has been sold to Amanda Voyles, owner of Cotton Gin at Mill Creek, the wedding venue located in the plaza. Ms. Voyles has raised our rent more than 400% and is asking for a $4000 deposit by February 16. Our mission has always been to provide our clients a nice, affordable salon. This mission included our position that the stylists would be provided a clean, comfortable, and reasonable, family oriented place to work. It was never about enriching the owners.
However, the good news is that the individual stylists, who operate as independent business owners have all secured new nearby locations to continue to service there beloved clients. Please contact them individually to continue with the quality services youβve grown to expect. As you can imagine Co-Owners Lynn Farmer, who retired from behind the chair last year, and Michelle Hutcheson did not intend to close the business in this manner. However, a nearly 20 year, very successful run was only possible with the loyal support of our treasured customers, and for that we are eternally grateful. Blessings for a happy and prosperous 2024!!
