Lauren here. We just wanted to take a moment to thank all of our clients, especially during this Holiday season. You all have been so kind, generous and thoughtful. We have received so many cards, gifts, food, extra tips, and more! It literally makes me tear up! 🥹 We are so incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful clientele! So many of you have been coming to us and trusting us with your hair and other beauty/grooming treatments for many many years. We have grown together, lost together, laughed and cried together, stressed together, celebrated together, and just gone through so many of life's ups and downs together. We've watched our clients start college, get their degrees, start their careers, get married, start a family. I've literally stood behind the chair so long at this point, I have watched these clients bring their baby in a carrier, then I do their first haircut in the booster seat, then watch them grow to where they no longer need the booster, then eventually they turn 16 and start driving themselves to the shop. It's crazy to think we have been a stable consistent part of eachothers lives so long, to watch life unfold. I and we just feel so blessed to be able to be a part of your lives, and that you take the time to think about us and do such kind and sweet gestures to show your appreciation. We love all of our clients old and new and look forward to this new year and being able to continue serving you! We truly hope during this Holiday season, that no matter what is going on, you take a moment to find the good in the small things, and enjoy this season that can be hard for so many of us. You definitely touched our hearts and brought that extra joy we needed this year. Cheers to 2025, lets make 2026 even better!

Good morning! Just wanted to make a post to clear up any confusion with our hours. We get clients that say Google says we are closed on Wednesdays, but every time I look it has our correct hours and says we are open, so I'm not sure what is going on there.

Our regular business hours are Wednesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm. Please call 423-877-9913 to book an appointment. That is the quickest and easiest way to get on the books. Thank you!

Unfortunately we have to close this week. We all have covid, plus it's going to snow Friday and Saturday. We will reopen the 15th. Once we reopen we will require anyone that has any kind of cough, runny nose, or cold and flu symptoms to wear a mask or reschedule and come back when you are symptom free.

Corrective Color and Cut. My client wants to grow her natural out which is salt and pepper. Had to add some depth back into her hair and gently lighten some of the blonde to get it past the yellow stage. It had already been lifted 3 times, had lots of breakage and couldn't handle much, but we got her to a beautiful color that will help with her grow out process.
