Policy Update: Effective February 1, 2026

​I value our time together and strive to provide a high-quality, personalized experience for every guest in my chair. Because my business runs on a dedicated appointment-based schedule, filling last-minute openings is often difficult, as many color and styling services require significant blocks of time.

​To ensure I can continue to serve everyone effectively, I will require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within this 48-hour window will result in a fee of 25% of the scheduled service.
