Chronic Vs. Acute
Chronic pain develops over time. Its pain a Dr. has looked at and diagnosed as herniated, bulging, nerve pains. It’s a I twisted my back when I was younger and forgot how to walk normal. Maybe it’s a hip problem or a neck pain from when you were younger. I may can help you.
Acute pain: it’s rapid, quick and onset. I can NOT help you here. You need a Drs. diagnosis, or note. Then we can use kinesiology tape or stretching once it’s done with inflammation. Usually after 72 hours.
