Check out our new kid friendly "sneezy stop" oil or balm which is excellent during allergy season.

It's also a great time to pick up some good old stand-bys like peppermint, eucalyptus, and lemon. These 3 oils can be used in a springtime steam for allergy relief or by diffusing them in your space simply add
3 drops of peppermint, 2 drops of eucalyptus and 2 drops of lemon.

Or just pick up a few new smell good springtime oils blends like wildflower calm, herbal boost, citrus rise or bouquet.

We also have a new organic castor oil roll-on to help move qi and blood - a great topical for relieving congestion/stagnation, supporting lymphatic flow, relieving lower abdominal cramping, and sore muscles/joints.

With morning sessions now complete and afternoon appointments rescheduled, I made the short trek home only to find many police blocked roadways through Schaumburg likely due to plowing/salting being focused on the major roadways for now. Highways aren't too bad, but it's very slippery out there on all other roadways (even with all wheel drive and slow speed, I spun sideways no less then 3 times)! If you need to travel today, please be safe!
