When Eric and I first saw this space, it was an up and running coffee shop. It smelled like coffee, people were walking in and out with their drink orders, it was a neighborhood favorite. But when we walked in we saw something totally different. We saw potential. And soon, everything we envisioned that day, you’ll be able to see too. A place uniquely placed in our path to give back to our industry, the starving artist, and the community. This is our revolution🤘🏽
When you are being pulled toward something, don’t walk away because it seems impossible, don’t walk away because people call you crazy, don’t walk away because you’re scared. Surrender to it, because you CAN make change. You CAN make a difference.

When I say that is inclusive, I mean EVERYONE is welcome. I have always been someone to rely heavily on peoples energy, but becoming a mom has really opened my heart to accepting people for all they have to offer. Will I like everyone? No. Does everyone deserve a chance to be better? YOU BET. 💯
I envision HV to be a space where more people feel included, supported and loved...because I believe we are here to influence your energy—not shame it. I can’t wait to see you all again in my new hair home 🖤

Our trip to Cancun took a detour through Wisconsin this week and as it turns out, the calm of nature is exactly what we needed before the chaos of two shops begins. The sounds of rain + wind have never been more soothing than to be felt with this immense gratitude for all we have been blessed with & all that is yet to come 🙏🏽

There is always so much pressure to post nice pictures, have great captions, respond to every single DM. But honestly, lately I just feel like I want to post what I love, say what I want & take my time when I need it. I find it much more peaceful without the obligation of being social media “perfect”🌻
