To all of our loyal clients and supporters…thank you for your trust, patience, and kindness during this transition.

Salon Cabo is solely owned by me. Earlier this year, I was invited into a partnership opportunity at a Braintree location. Unfortunately, the partnership opportunity was ended following a conversation initiated by the other party’s attorney, which required me to vacate the space after only a few months.

This transition has been incredibly difficult for the Salon Cabo team and me. We poured our hearts into serving our guests, building community, and creating a space we were proud of. To have that journey end so suddenly has been truly devastating.

Because of this unexpected termination, I no longer have access to the physical space, systems, or resources that made it possible to fulfill previously issued Salon Cabo gift cards. I know how disappointing and frustrating that is, and I want every client to know that your loyalty means everything to me.

I am working with legal counsel to resolve this matter fairly and to create a process for honoring or refunding the remaining value of outstanding Salon Cabo gift cards. I’m committed to doing what’s right.
