I wish more people knew this BEFORE eating a high-carb, high-sugar meal… 👀🍚🍝🍰
Because let’s be honest… sometimes you want the rice.
You want the pasta.
And YES… you want dessert too! 😂🙋🏻♀️
☺️So instead of saying, “I can’t eat that,” I’ve made it a habit to be more intentional about what I do BEFORE those meals.
Rice ✅
Pasta ✅
Dessert ✅
Enjoyment ✅
The goal isn’t to fear carbohydrates or sugar. It’s about making smarter choices and supporting your body when you know you’re about to enjoy a higher-carb meal.
Healthy living doesn’t have to mean never enjoying your favourite foods🥰
Would you rather give up carbs and dessert… or learn how to enjoy them more intentionally? 👇🏼

You call it waiting. 🤷🏻♀️
God says, “I already told you what to do.” STOP OVERTHINKING AND MOVE!! YOU WILL WIN!! 💕
Don’t let insecurity talk you out of what God has already called you into. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
