GUYS, I DID IT!!! In 2017, I set a goal of building a full clientele. 😱 Last week, I turned off my booking for any new clients. I waited sooo long to do this because I was so afraid of what was to come next. I planned on 5 years to reach this goal... and I did it in just under 4. 🤩🤩🤩 So now I ask myself, now what? Whats next? What else can I do!? The next steps for me and my business are still unknown, and a little scary. But knowing I have a FULL clientele of incredible people... I know I'll be okay. Thank you sooooo much to every single person that has ever supported me in this journey. Its been a hell of a ride, but I wouldn't have it any other way. ❤ Stay weird. -Sam

Next year marks 4 years in business!!! And I am soooo grateful to everyone that helped make it happen, and everyone that continues to support me! With the new year, I am bringing in a new price list. In the last 2 weeks, I have over 10 no-shows. Now, that doesn't sound too bad, compared to the amount I do every week... but let's break that down... 10 appointments, at $25 a cut (minimum) thats $250 i missed out on. Not to mention any tip I would have received, or a wash, or even product. Now I appreciate every single client I have, because at some point in time, they have helped me fund this dream. My business has been nothing BUT a dream. Its perfect. I make my own schedule and I run my own business. But when I have this many people not showing up... it hurts me. Not just financially, but emotionally. I feel taken advantage of, and downright disrespected. So from this point forward, only ONE NO SHOW will be allowed per client. After that, you will no longer be able to book with me. Note that cancellations are very different. If I have notice that you won't be there, I can fill your spot. But if you just flat out don't show up, FOR ANY REASON, it will count as a strike, and I will charge you for that appointment. Please understand that I am not doing this just because my feelings are hurt. I am doing this to grow MY business. Thank you to everyone that is always on time and here for their appointments and thank you to all the clients that have compensated me for their previously missed appointments.
