Hi everybody!

Due to a increase of no-show clients, I will now be changing my cancellation policy. Your appointments are very important to me, I understand that sometimes appointment times need to be changed or cancelled which I am more than happy to assist you with; however I would be so grateful if you could give me the time needed to ensure I can fill that space with another client looking to visit the salon!

When you schedule your appointment online, you will now be asked to put in a credit card to reserve your spot & if you do not contact me 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule then you will be charged a certain amount per service. (You can find all of that information when you are scheduling a service.) I understand emergencies happen and I will work with you to make sure you don’t get charged in that scenario!

To my existing customers, if you don’t feel like going through the steps to add in a credit card then you can always reach out to me with a phone call or email and I’ll be happy to help schedule your appointment!
