Helping women feel good inside & out ✨
Private Spa Room in Spring Lake offering Facials, Waxing, & Pedis + Simple Metabolic Health Protocols for lasting wellness.
*Neck & Shoulder Release*
Using a soft scarf to gently cradle and support the head, the neck is guided through slow stretches, subtle traction and soothing movement to help release tension through the neck and shoulders.
The ritual encourages the body to soften into stillness and deep rest. Not only does it release tension, it feels amazing!
I’m excited to be offering this with all of my spa services. I’m also passionate about continuing to offer you an exceptional service every time you step into my spa room, and believe this will only help enhance your experience! ✨
Are you ready to take a break? Unwind? Reset? Let’s get you on the schedule for some much deserved pampering! ♥️

Relaxation isn’t a luxury, it’s the doorway to real release in the body. 💤
This is your reminder to slow down. To breathe. To disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
Because sometimes the most restorative thing you can give yourself is simply the space to relax. 🤍
Whenever you’re ready to exhale, I’m here.✨
