Last week I had a few later start days, but honestly I can't complain. It was extremely nice to enjoy breakfast and waking up with my little ones.

Recently I've been not drinking coffee, or at least very rarely. Instead I've been drinking more tea and matcha 💚 Ice still been awake without all the jitters and better for me. I can't wait to keep delving into my nutrition courses and bring you all better feeling bodies, from the inside out!!
