To all our amazing clients, we are so excited to have been able to reconnect with many of you in this month since we have been back open.
We want to thank you for your patience as we navigate the scheduling and sanitation practices that we are following.
With the latest EO from the governor, we are like most businesses implementing the guidelines for face coverings etc. We will be allowing exemptions for those who can not medically tolerate them and for young children as stated in the EO by the governor.
We are happy to report that we had a visit from the State Inspector this afternoon and we are doing all sanitation and distancing correctly and passed the inspection.

Thank you all again for sticking with us and working together to make the Heights Salon Family so extra special.

To all the awesome clients of Heights Salon, we have missed you and are excited that we have been given a date to get back to work.
June 15th is the date the order is lifted and we can resume work.
That being said, things are going to be a little different for at least a while so things you need to know are as follows:

You may call the salon and leave a message for your stylist regarding the appointment that you would like to make and they will get back to you as soon as they can to schedule your appointment. Only one client per stylist is allowed with a couple exceptions for those in the same household.
You will need to wait in your car until the stylist is ready for you.

If you don’t feel well for any reason please reschedule and stay home. Our stylists will also follow this rule.

Masks are suggested for clients and stylists unless you are unable to medically handle wearing one.

We will be implementing the sanitation guidelines we have been given of extra hand washing, cleaning of stations, capes etc in between clients and before and after our shifts doing all we can to keep everyone healthy and safe during this difficult time.

We are unfortunately not going to be able to do wigs for cancer patients at this time but please call us anyway and we will get to you as soon as we can because we understand the importance of this service as well.

We continue to think about each and every one of our awesome clients and want you to know that we are beyond ready to get back to work but at this point we have not yet been given a target date as to when that will be.
As soon as we know that information your stylist will get in touch with you as we will work to get you all back on the schedule. Until then enjoy the beautiful weather and we hope you are all staying healthy and making the best of this difficult time.

We at Heights Salon are following the order of the governor and will be closed until the mandate is lifted.
We can’t wait to be back to work and reconnect with each of you.
