◆ Your own coach from day one. Not a sink to stand at — a private Masters Academy with a real curriculum, real education hours, and a licensed master stylist still leading the floor next to you.

◆ A career path with the numbers written down. You always know what path you’re on, what the next one pays, and exactly what it takes to get there. Commission rises with proof, not politics.

◆ Flex Schedules built around real life — especially for working mothers and artists building strong families at home. You design your schedule with your coach around your season of life, your training, and your book. Full-time here is 32 hours.

◆ Unlimited time off. When you need the time, you take the time. We don’t count days. We trust the work.

◆ Closed for every major holiday. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Memorial Day, the Fourth, Labor Day. Your holidays belong to your people.

◆ Real earnings. Our working mothers — raising kids while working a part-time to full-time book — average $50 per hour. The math works because the system works. Time that is worth while away from home.
