Mindy’s Fitness, LLC is owned and operated by Melinda “Mindy” Krimmel.
Melinda received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University. Melinda is a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and has been certified since 2005. Melinda is the Director of the Fitness Center at Saint Francis University, and is also an adjunct instructor in the Exercise Physiology program at Saint Francis University.
