Spring Skin Care Tips 🐰🌻

#1 - Stay hydrated ! Whether it’s plain water , infused water or coconut water make sure you are drinking half your body weight in ounces a day!

#2 - WEAR SUNSCREEN ! Apply Spf 30-50 all over your face , neck and chest (maybe even your hands, any area that is exposed)! Reapply every 2-3 hours ! If you are inside where light is not hitting you than you can reapply when you are going to be exposed again! Driving counts!

#3 - Using a Vitamin C serum in the morning to help reflect the sun off of your face by helping you sunscreen become more effective ! It’s also a great antioxidant that will help from environmental damage !

#4 - Wear a hat and sunglasses when you are out in the sun ! This does not mean you don’t have to apply sunscreen and keep reapplying!

#5- Eating healthy fats , antioxidants and produce with lots of water already in them will help keep you hydrated and your skin healthy !

#6- USE GOOD SKINCARE EVERYDAY ! Skin care at home is always a must !! If you need help you know who to ask ♥️
