It’s that time of year again, the AMTA 2025 National Convention here in Dallas, TX. The next three days will be filled with incredible education, inspiration from keynote speakers, reconnecting with colleagues across the U.S., and an enrichment of the massage therapy industry as a whole.

I’m officially DONE with NHI’s Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program!!! 💪🏼🩵 I started in November of 2024, and today I graduated with HONORS, 4.0! It was six months of a lot of studying, late nights, homework, exams, etc and all the while, still working. As stressed as I was, I thoroughly enjoyed learning neuromuscular MT and an even deeper knowledge base of the human body. Now, I am “Olivia Casas, NMT.”

Aaahhh the relief of cupping.
