My skin has been in a season of change… and honestly, it’s been humbling.
But here’s the thing… our skin isn’t static. It evolves.
Pregnancy changed everything for me, hormones, sensitivity, hydration, and even the products I could safely use. Then postpartum brought its own shifts… dehydration, unexpected breakouts, and overall just different skin.
It reminded me of something I always tell my clients:
Your skin will change. And that’s normal.
Skin changes with:
☑️ Hormones (pregnancy, postpartum, cycles)
☑️ Stress & lifestyle
☑️ The seasons (this matters more than people think)
Skin isn’t about finding one routine and sticking to it forever. It’s about learning to adjust!

Being a professional doesn’t make me immune to changes in my skin. I’m sharing this in real time because I know how confusing and frustrating it can feel.
