Curly hair requires much more moisture and to get to that place of proper moisture you need hydration in your routine.

If we use products that are dehydrated, skip wash days, keep styles longer than 3-5days without adding hydration your hair will continue to produce that frizz and eventually more scalp/hair conditions.

There’s a method to curly hair, you can’t skip the hair care routine because you will have harder time styling and maintaining styles.

LETS TALK ABOUT IT 👏👏 it has taken so long to grow this hair out from the short length that I’ve had since my BUZZ CUT
For the longest it felt so fine and weak because my nutrition was off stress was HIGH and I lived in environments that caused major inflammation.

It has been almost one year of better nutrition, slowing down, being intentional and removing stressors that cause inflammation!

But ALL The Glory goes to JESUS for being my savior and opening my eyes to the habits and patterns that kept me in darkness!

What we do consistently may not always show up right away but when it does just know that what we sow we do reap spiritually and physically!

Any Job we do we have to be mindful of our bodies ! Everything done in repetitive motions can and will cause our bodies to go through wear and tear. Sitting during long highlights sessions if you can is such a game changer because it helps to give your feet a little break !

I even have started using compression socks to help for the LONG days of standing because I want to continue to do my part in aiding good health habits !
