2. Am I actually cleansing my skin properly?
Think about makeup, SPF, sweat, and buildup. Your cleansing routine matters, especially at night.

3. Have I been over-exfoliating?
More exfoliation does NOT always mean clearer skin. Too much can compromise your skin barrier and leave your skin irritated.

4. Has my lifestyle changed?
Stress, sleep, diet, hydration, hormones, and even increased sweating can show up on your skin.

5. Where are the breakouts appearing?
The location, type, and pattern of your breakouts can give you clues about what may be happening.

6. Am I giving my routine enough time to work?
Constantly switching products makes it difficult to know what is actually helping—or hurting.
