Our bodies are a map of our experiences. The fascia, in particular, holds a kind of deep memory—not just of injury or posture, but of emotion, environment, and energy. In this way, the body holds onto subconscious patterns. Structural Integration works with these patterns to help restructure not only the physical body, but the deeper stories underneath. By unwinding the old layers, the body finds peace, space, and new ways to exist.
This is what I love about the work. Every person who comes to me is a living puzzle. And every person arrives at a different point in their life. I get to meet them there, to help unfold the patterns they're ready to let go of.
