Happy Sunday everyone. Want to enhance the color of your eyelashes without that messy mascara? Consider a natural eyelash tint! Black, brown or a subtle blue or purple will darken them beautifully. Add an eyelash perm and you're set for a few months. No mascara or eyelash curler necessary. I can also tint those brows and create a beautiful shape and arch. Don't redo it, RENEW it!

Happy Sunday everyone -Take some time for yourself today and gently exfoliate your face with this extremely effective and inexpensive little recipe: Go to your supermarket and purchase a 12 oz. bag of cornmeal (coarse or fine grain depending on your skin type) and a cetaphil type cleanser. I use the CVS brand since it has the same ingredients and is 1/2 the price. Mix a little cleanser with enough cornmeal to produce a paste. Dampen your skin and gently (I do mean gently) rub into the skin with circular movements. Leave on for 2-3 minutes and wash away. BTW - cornmeal costs aproximately $1.25! Tone your skin and use a gentle moisturizer. Let me know what you think and if you'd like more homemade beauty tips. Sometimes you don't have to spend lots to get lots!!

Let's talk about our skin as we age (after 29). OUCH!!! Here's a reality check - the 5 signs of aging are wrinkles, rough texture, uneven pigmentation, loss of elasticity and dehydration. Have a good look in the mirror and decide what your primary area(s) of concern is/ are and then ATTACK!! Always remember to re-hydrate and moisturize daily. There are some great toners and non-oily moisturizers on the market today.
