✨Why These Details Matter…

1. Your Name & Contact:
It sounds simple, but it helps with organization. Using your full name allows us to create a digital contract and invoice, which protects both you and the artist.

2. The Date - Availability:
This is the most critical filter. Artists often book out 6–12 months in advance. Knowing the date allows the artist to say they are available or not before you spend time discussing styles.

3. Location (Travel & Logistics):
Most MUAs are mobile, but we charge travel fees based on distance. Providing the exact location helps them calculate:
* Travel costs (mileage/tolls).
* Setup time

4. Number of Services:
Applying a full face of professional makeup usually takes 50 to 90 minutes per person depending on the event. Knowing the amount of services helps me build my timeline.

5. “Ready-By” Time (Working Backward):
We don’t just need to know when the event starts; we need to know when you need to be finished.

Example: If your wedding ceremony is at 3:00 PM, but your photographer wants “getting ready” photos at 1:30 PM, your ready-by time is 1:30 PM. The artist will then work backward to determine their arrival time.
