Recognized for her natural touch and eye for color, Liz has been a fixture behind the scenes at shoots and events since 2005. Proficient at HD makeup application (including airbrush), her specialty is clean, feature-enhancing, camera-ready makeup and grooming for commercial/editorial print and video production. She is experienced working with all ages and complexions, savvy and easygoing on set, and brings the same efficiency, professionalism, and editorial eye to every job she does, from celebrity shoots to beautifying brides. To date, Liz’s work has been featured – both locally and internationally – in ads, catalogs, commercials, editorials, fashion shows, corporate productions, and independent film. Editorial highlights include Essence, Paper, New York Times Magazine, Improper Bostonian, Women’s Day, and FamilyFun, while her commercial and corporate credits include Adidas, Reebok, Google, Hasbro, Keurig, T.J. Maxx, Staples, and Life is Good. Liz lives with her dog and entirely too many books in Western Massachusetts, and travels all over the Northeast (and beyond) for work, play, and to further her education. She is represented by Ennis Inc.

Amelia’s wedding feels like a love note to Northampton: the Tunnel Bar, the railroad bridge, and – of course – Union Station Banquets. I love the texture in her bouquet, the bridesmaids’ dresses (she described the color as “sage or Matcha,” and it’s a favorite of mine), and the classic makeup look she requested – and most importantly, working with her was an absolute pleasure.

Does it get any better than a colorful, fanciful wedding that falls squarely on Halloween? Amanda was the perfect bride for the magical setting of Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory, and her makeup was designed to match the moment: winged liner (with a touch of olive under the eyes) and vampy lips.
I loved the mix of rich Fall colors and jewel tones featured throughout her wedding. (And how cool is it that some of the venue’s resident insects matched her tattoos?) Photography: Four Wings Photography.

Sometimes natural makeup means natural color tones (earthtones and such), but still bringing in a bit of drama. Other times, it means makeup that enhances but isn’t immediately noticeable – you just look like the best, most polished version of your everyday self. And the latter is precisely what Megan and Nina wanted for their big day. And we had such a wonderful, relaxed time working together!
