The Pinellas County Regional 9-1-1 Communications Center has implemented game-changing technology that transforms how we respond to emergencies! Their new Video to 911 capability allows operators to send callers a link during emergency calls—when they accept, they can share live video that gives first responders critical information before arriving on scene. This has already helped coach people through CPR, assess fire severity, and even helped domestic violence victims safely escape dangerous situations.
