“Where the hell have you been loca?” Well, most of you may know i’ve been MIA for quite awhile trying to learn the ropes of being a whole ass mom for the first time and man has this new chapter been a humbling learning experience. Remember when I told you guys that I thought i’d be back to work in a couple months after birth? HAH! Little did I know I was so naive to think so and I have SO much respect & my heart and support goes for the mama’s who had to go back to work shortly after birth because I know that’s not easy nor is it fair for you, period. Motherhood has taught me so far, that moms deserve waaaay more love & support for the things they go through & have to sacrifice. So don’t forget to take extra care of all the moms in your life.

So while i’ve been learning to ease into this new mom life and embrace the endings & beginnings. I am so grateful to be able to take this time to soak up every precious moment with my daughter and now feel like I am ready to try and balance work back into my life. I know it won’t be a perfect transition and there will be some trial & errors but I hope to welcome you all back to my practice very soon. Thank you for waiting ❤️
