Today’s tea bag has me thinking of a friendship I never expected to find where I did.
From being former massage school classmates to becoming my training partner, some sort of accountability buddy, and genuine friends… Kekoa has poured into me in ways that have changed my mindset far beyond the gym.
The “We Do Hard Things” mentality at Dynamyx has become more than a workout. It’s taught me to keep showing up, push past what I think I can do, and believe that I’m capable of more.
Sometimes your best friends aren’t the people you’ve known the longest.
