FB, I did a thing tonight.. I got my tail up and did a workout. After being injured on my job and different health issues, caused me to not be able to workout.

I was feeling foggy most days/ nights, and still had to punch through for my household. A 30min workout had me short winded and hollering😂

Thank God I’m connected to the right people. They have goals, dreams, and are on a journey to a healthy lifestyle. That’s called freedom!
