The Goddess Sisterhood gathered at the Sanctuary.

There is great power when women gather to support one another. There is a feeling and an atmosphere of deep peace and safety. This is our natural state of being together my dear sister.

The world is out of balance in relationship to the feminine and yet the feminine is often made wrong or condemned for the symptoms She experiences as a result. Anxiety, depression, low self-worth and confusion to name a few. Your feelings are not wrong or bad sweet sister, they are the power of your inner guidance system urging you towards balance and wholeness.
The wisdom of the wound reveals our greatest gift when we have the courage to go within and face the truth.

We heal our nervous system when we come together in community and allow ourselves to be seen, heard and felt in whatever raw state we find ourselves in. It’s the nature of the feminine to embrace all parts with love and understanding. It’s the nature of the feminine to heal the illusion of separateness that causes us to suffer so much.

My love, we who are guides, and all our sisters at this Sanctuary of the Goddess, embrace you. You are divine and worthy of peace, joy, love and true freedom. We believe you are already the master of your own process and we are simply here to remind you of your power and give you a sacred place to attune to it.

Our New Year’s Eve Sisterhood Gathering was so special and nourishing. Thank You to all the sisters who made it possible to bring in the New Year with passion, purpose, authentic reflections and connections.

Come and dance in the New Year with us! We will begin with some fun and flirty shakti flow yoga led by Lena Love followed by an ecstatic dance and centering meditation. Be ready to let go of the year behind you, reflect on your learnings, celebrate your achievements and anchor in your intentions for the New Year to come. We will have fun renewing and replenishing body, mind and soul. Dr. Carolyn Candido has made some special body salt scrubs to exfoliate and luxuriate one another before we take a ceremonial plunge into the salt water pool!
