I love to gently guide you to the best version of yourself 🩵 During my sessions I help you learn a little bit more about yourself physically and at times even emotionally. Why emotionally you may ask? Because emotions get stuck in the body and sometimes we may have a difficult time patiently and lovingly sitting down with them. When they finally come to the surface during your sessions you can take time to really lay with them and be at peace knowing you’re safe and finally setting them free without any judgement. Sounds too vulnerable right?
But remember, your body is so much more than just muscles, tissues and cells it is also energy. Energy needs to be released to avoid any form of overload.
