Through intentional tea ceremony, meaningful conversation, and mindful connection, this gathering is an invitation to slow down, nourish your heart, and reconnect with yourself in community. Together, we’ll sip, reflect, and explore how ritual, presence, and tea can become pathways to greater balance, clarity, and inner radiance.

Bodywork is a big part of what we offer at Still & Moving Center.
Long before recovery and nervous system care became trends, we were already creating space for healing through touch, movement, breath, and connection.
This little segment is a throwback to a couple of moons ago, but the intention behind it still feels the same today, helping people feel more at home in their bodies. Whether you come in carrying stress, tension, fatigue, or simply needing a reset, bodywork has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.
It’s more than relaxation. It’s restoration. 🤍
