1 celery rib
1/4 avocado
1/2 a cucumber
1/2" piece of ginger
juice of half a lemon
1 piece kale or handful spinach
1 tbsp coconut powder
1/2 tsp matcha
1 Tbsp h**p seeds
1/2-1 c coconut water

optional:
phosphatidylcholine
honey
1 scoop collagen
