I want to say thank you to everyone who supported me during this campaign! In the ten months since I decided to run for office, our team and volunteers have worked hard to reach out to voters—waking up early to sign-wave, going door-to-door under the hot sun, and helping the community during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Our faith in a vision for a better Hawaiʻi and love for our community has brought this campaign further than I could have ever imagined. Our victory in the Democratic Primary is a testament to our dedication and the people of this districtʻs hope for a brighter future.

This victory is only the beginning. From community members struggling on the streets to the many families still suffering from the effects of COVID-19, there is still much work to be done. Despite the unprecedented challenges ahead, I am comforted knowing I have such amazing family and friends to support and guide me on this journey. Please stay safe, and I hope I can thank you for your support in-person soon!
