Power of touch

"The average length of a hug between two people is 3 seconds. But researchers have discovered something fantastic. When a hug lasts 20 seconds, there is a therapeutic effect on the body and mind. The reason is that a sincere hug produces a hormone called "oxytocin", also known as the love hormone. This substance has many benefits in our physical and mental health, helps us, among other things, to relax, to feel safe and calm our fears and anxiety. This wonderful calming is offered free of charge every time we have a person in our arms, who cradled a child, we cherish a dog or cat, we're dancing with our partner, the closer we get to someone or just hold the shoulders of a friend.

~~Pressure Points for a Foot Massage :~~~
Massage the part of your foot that corresponds to the part of
your body that hurts and it will slowly reduce and eventually
get rid of pain. Helps promote blood circulation to that
particular part of the body.
Press firmly on the tips of the toes to help relieve headache
and sinus pain. Press firmly but do not cause pain. Hold the
pressure on for several seconds at a time.
Press firmly on the small rounded area just below the
smallest toe. This pressure point is associated with pain in
the shoulder and neck area. Apply pressure on this point for
up to 20 seconds.
Apply pressure to the area just below the ball of the foot to
alleviate stomach problems. Firm pressure held for several
seconds and then repeated could be beneficial to the
digestive system.
Apply pressure to the area just in front of the ankle on the
bottom of the foot to help relieve knee pain.

10 of the Top Plant Based Protein Sources!

It is a myth that protein is difficult to obtain for vegans, vegetarians and plant-based "lifestyler’s."

Protein is abundant in plant foods.

For example, 3 tablepsoons of h**p seeds contain over 10 grams of protein.

Ironman John Huddart, who completed his first ever Ironman event in 11 hrs and 30 mins (which is incredible…in case you weren’t aware), consumed a diet consisting mostly of plants.

And he NEVER worried about protein.

Nuts like almonds are another great source of plant based protein, and there are many others that didn’t make it into the picture ☺
