🎉EVENT: Hammock Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath featuring and !

✔️WHEN: Sunday, 1/16 from 5 - 6:30 pm!

✔️Join one of Power Yoga Hawaii’s established teachers, Yuka Komarnicki, for a Hammock Restorative yoga class accompanied by Singer and Sound Healer Ayumi Ueda.

What to expect? ⬇️

🍃This is a 90min class and will begin with a Hammock Restorative yoga for the first half, followed by a deeply relaxing and restorative sequence.

🍃During the class, Ayumi will be providing soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, vocals, rhythm, and percussion.

・What is Hammock restorative toga?
Hammock restorative yoga uses a hammock which hangs close to the ground. It uses slow and gentle movements which promete relaxation, deep stretching and flexibility. It is also a very good way to release tension in the lower back.

・What is sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. The sound produced by these crystal bowls, glassophone and drums are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, mindfulness & meditation.
