She had super long hair her whole life and at 70 was ready for a change. She was nervous so I tried to pull out all the stops so she would have a good experience. She did indeed love it and this b&a has been nationally published in several hair magazines and online hair sites.

A slightly layered cut with no direction on the color becomes transformed when I took it to a sleek bob. Then I blended her roots to look more natural. She had a big event that night and I had extra time to give her a full glam makeover.

Red is one of my favorite colors to work with. There are many shades of red from strawberry blonde to copper all the way to this red which is a hybrid of deepest mahogany with some red booster and and medium golden brown which turned out to be just what this beauty needed to show off her beautiful delicate features and make for extremely elegant and impactful change of hair color.

Initially, my aspiration was to pursue a degree in Art History, which led me to college. However, after completing my first year, I opted to drop out and gain practical experience by waitressing at top restaurants in Waikiki, allowing me to live independently from the age of 17. Seeking a more fulfilling career, I turned to trade school and compiled a list of my interests. Discovering my passion for hairdressing was unexpected, yet it exceeded my expectations. For her 50th birthday, she initially sought full coverage hair color. Given her busy lifestyle, I suggested gray blending as a more convenient option that would halve her salon visits. She agreed and was extremely pleased with the outcome.
